The chair came within 3 days after ordering it just as the customer service agent guaranteed. There are 3 long screws, bolts and washers that must be screwed on the base of the back rest. You will need a deep set 11/16 rachet to complete the assembly of the back rest and a 5/8 (I think that was the size) to secure the foot rest in its proper place. All in all, it should take about 15-20 mins to complete the assembly of the chair. The chair is very sturdy, but the vinyl has a gasoline kind of smell, that I hope goes away in the next few days.
Other than the previously mentioned pros and cons, the chair is well worth the minimal price. It is a strong possibility that I will purchase from this site in the future.
