The chair is great. It truly functions at a level that is comparable to much more expensive chairs. It has a luxurious leather which is soft to the touch. The wooden arms add a nice touch in terms of style. Overall, a great buy.

I have wished for a chair like this for about 10 years. Couldn't afford the 3-4k price tag though. Got it, Love it. Air bags are extremely strong in legs and arms. I play soccer and love the lower body massage. Custom controls are best, the preprogrammed are too random and don't spend enough time in the areas that I like. My chair was missing some hardware to mount the flexible arm. Still waiting for company to send it to me. Good Value.

The chair does an even better job than my high expectations. I am most pleased. I had a small problem installing one arm. I inadvertently crimped an air tube, but it was easy to fix it. It was heavy; I hope that means it will last a long time.

It was not hard to set up, although you have to guess on how to install ertain parts since the manual is in foreign english.

The instructions are not very good, but it needs very little assembly and works well. The only 2 issues I have had is with fixing the arms via the screw that is supposed to be provided for the purpose. Also the airbag in the arm does'nt always work. If I fiddle with position of the arm it starts to work. Other functions are fine and reasonably self explanatory. It has automatic massage options and manual massage options which give you complete flexibility. The leg air bags work very well.

The manual with the unit is poor. Does not explain the operation very well and what is explained is poorly translated. Feel there should be a much more detailed operation manual. Would not buy again.

This massage chair offers terrific bang-for-the buck. Setup was straightforward and the controls are self-explanatory. Still getting used to the various different types of massages. I think it's best to figure out your own custom massage instead of going for the in-built ones.

Overall the chair is very comfortable and provides good massage. Assembly, is very easy with only arm rests needing to be screwed on. Massage rollers can press a bit hard on lower back. It would be nice to adjust these in some way. Otherwise, I thoroghly enjoy the chair and use it several times a day. Heated foot option is also very nice for cold feet. Despite a complicated looking control pad the options are very easy to select and use. Overall value is excellent. I highly recommend.

Fast delivery, features that rival chairs costing 2-3 times as much, solid construction - easy to assemble. I've never considered purchasing one due to the typical costs - but Rakuten's price was too tempting - i took a chance and it paid off. Exceeds my expectations - very few products have ever done that. Hopefully the chair will last for some time.

I've been lusting after the body massage chairs at Sharper Image for a few years, but at almost $3000, it was way out of my budget. When this chair came up for only a fraction of that - and no sales tax or shipping - I was hooked. I have started having lower back problems and this chair truly gives a full back massage - including the low back and coccyx area. It's REALLY helped! Thanks. It's only been a week - but I'm loving the chair so far!

Massage is not as good as expected. Foot, calve and arm massage is just a bag filling with air and no movement. Thought ad said it would massage the neck and head. I haven't found that feature yet.
