This was a breeze to assemble, and my cats love it. It replaces a much small version that we liked quite a bit, the top three tiers on this one have ledges on them that the cats love against. Nice product, thanks!

I read all the reviews before purchasing so I expected a better product. The unit is large and roomy, but there is very little padding. My cats are used to the Petco-type cat tree houses. They do not seem to be comfortable on this new one and are not using it. They go back to the older, smaller more well-padded ones. Sadly, no takers for the new dwelling.

It is best to have a helper when assembling. Hardware good. If the cats start clawing the this false fur on the platforms it won't last long. So far they just claw the posts.

Sturdy construction. Easy to assemble. Not unattractive. Cats have a ball with it. The only complaint is with packaging. The unsuitably flimsy cardboard box ripped in several placed during shipping. Some of the bolts fell out, and were delivered loose. Only UPS saved me from a trip to the hardware store to replace the special bolts.

This product is heavy and shipped in a cardboard box that is not strong enough to support it. It was torn open in numerous spots and two edge seams torn top to bottom. The parts kit fell out during shipping. Company was good about sending replacement parts but it took another week. The product is covered in a soft material that is thin and has no padding. It is only secured on the edges so I fear cats clawing it will rip it off. Bolt heads are exposed so cats have to lay on them in some areas

Bought this because it looked like a good deal. My cat's love it! This thing is huge, a lot taller than I expected, but well worth the amount I paid for...wouldn't get this good of a deal at Costco or Big Lots! A little side heavy and I am going to have to figure out a way to keep the cave stable, but otherwise, no problems. My cats seem to like it and for me that is what matters most.

Once we go the hang of the instructions, went together easily. It was actually more substantial and nicer than I expected. It's large, so helps to assemble with two people. One of my cats was already exploring while we were finishing the top floor; had to carry it over to its new location with her inside!

The item is easy to put together and I was able to do it very quickly. I did end up taking the "trays" off of the very top scratching posts. One of my cats is 16# and the item seemed a little unsteady when he was walking back and forth on the top trays. Also, the ladder seems a bit too far back for them to climb on. I find they jump from the second level to the third in order to get to the little house.

We had trouble assembling the unit due to the skimpy instructions. Pre-drilled hole was missing for the top level so it was left off the tree. After all that, neither of our cats will go near the thing. We will try some different locations but are not optimistic.

I bought a cat tree and the plastic bottom of one of the pedestal poles broke. They sent a replacement quickly asking for only a picture of the damage. Decent quality for the price. The product arrive quickly on initial delivery as well. I would buy cat trees from them again.

I have nine cats (so far), so I am always looking for ways to keep them entertained. This has been one of the BEST buys I have made, EVER! Even one of my cats who doesn't like to get on the other cat trees I have, has taken to this one. And another cat who was still scratching furniture has taken to using the sisal-wrapped columns. So, overall, we are are very pleased household! Now, if I could only find something as good for the dogs.....

Great deal. Fairly easy to assemble but requires large area to do so. Designed to fit into the corner of a room. The covering is not carpeted it's a type of fake fur which is not very durable and may need replacing if you cat's claws are not trimmed weekly.

The item is quite large. Assembly was easy (<10 min), however, it is recommended to assemble in final location as it takes 2 people to carry it. The house on top with the central platform is separate and can be removed for transport or storage. There is no way to affix it to the rest of the structure but I guess it should stay in place due to its own weight. NOTE: Cat on upper platforms will apparently set off a motion sensor when in close proximity (<2 feet) while they usually do not on ground

Great product for the price. I prefer the fabric covering the platforms to carpet, as cheap carpet would be shredded almost immediately by my pack of foster cats! My only complaint is that the instructions would be much easier to follow if it showed the assembly in at least a couple of different pictures. I ended up having to take it partially apart as it wasn't clear which step went first, especially for when the ladder is attached (before you attach part B to the posts).

Went together fast and easy with all threaded fasteners. No worries about stripping out pressboard pilot holes with wood screws. Does not seem as durable as cat houses covered with carpet (this one is thin faux fur); but, you can't beat the price. A carpeted model this size in a pet store could be twice as expensive. Overall, a good value. Shipping was fast too!

Moderatly easy to assemble and one heck of a lot better than anything I could have built for $95! We bought this in self-defense, hopeing that the kitten would choose to play on this thing in the middle of the night rather than with our toes. And it worked, too. He loves it and is just all over it when he gets in one of his "psycho kitten" moods. Money well spent!

This stands very high. if you have a multicat household, you will make several kitties happy at once.I have only one negative issue - carpet was not used to cover the horizontal surfaces but rather very flimsy faux-furr. It was not attached to the large flat surfaces so the material slides around and stretches just by handling it. The cats made quick mess of it. The sisal rope wrapped round poles are 100% perfect and will last years of scratching. for under a 100$ it is a decent buy.

The box is very heavy so you may need help to get into your place. It does take some time to put together, like an hour or so. It is a very nice unit and you would have a very hard time building your own for this price. Our cats are finicky (hard to believe, huh) so after a week they only use it when we aren't around, the treats disappear.

About what I expected for the price. Very similar to those you'll find in retail stores. I've built higher quality myself but don't have time right now & the cats are getting the spring crazies. This should keep them busy for a few months - about as long as I expect it will last. The rope is more like string & the carpet is also very thin with no padding. Many screws were defective. Borderline sturdy enough for cats to feel comfortable & really enjoy. Be sure to attach the ladder first.

The item delivered was slightly different than pictured. It was just as nice and as good a value though. It was delivered quickly and all the tools and hardware needed to assemble it were included. The instructions were easy to understand and after placing the parts on the floor and making sure everything was there it took just less than an hour for me to put everything together. Definitely a great bargain. The tree was easy to assemble (although the supplied directions could be clearer). Basically build up from the base to the top with the exception of the ladder portion which needs to be screwed into upper section before it is lowered into place. The cats love it & have already begun to stake out "their" preferred spot.

I bought this product on a February 29 super sale and for $95 it was a great value. It comes in a big box that needs to be assembled, which took about 1/2 hour. The cloth covering is very soft, there are a lot of places for the cats to perch or hide, and they are taking to it quickly. There are a few bolt tops that are not covered by fabric, however they are relatively unobtrusive and don't seem to be bothering my cats. A very nice product!

The cat condo was super easy to assemble. And my cats love it. Due to the weight of the box, it was just left at the curb. Luckily my son was home and able to carry it on for me before it rained. I am not sure how I would of gotten it in myself. Perhaps you should consider packing in two packages.

Arrived promptly. Went together easily with only a phillips screwdriver (yours) and an allen wrench (provided). Instructions are sparse but it's cat furniture, not rocket science. Fairly straight forward process. Pretty sturdy once put together. The 3 tiers are covered with some faux fur or something which if your cats decide to scratch at those rather than the uprights which are rope-wrapped and designed for it, it will last maybe 10 minutes. Overall I'd say it's a good value for the money.

Parts fit snugly and no stripped, out of square, etc. Center hole in bottom panel was not counter-sunk, may scratch hardwood (easy fix or leave it out, as I did). Panels are covered in a softer fabric, not a true carpet like some cat trees. The house fabric was a bit loose on one side. Some glue residue present. Good value for $

Cat tree came exactly as described. Assembly was required, but it was pretty easy to put together. One of the screws didn't have an indention for the allen wrench, but we were able to work it out anyway. The cats love it!!
